Stipend during probation : Rs. 8,500/- per month + incentives
.Job Description for Branch Manager:
Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel. Conducting regular Productive and operational meetings. Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and training as needed. Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.
Drafting forecasts and business plans. Be in charge of marketing budget wisely. Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives.
Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities. Developing and implementing sales plans, strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Briefing employees on current goals, promotions, and other relevant information. Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch. Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community.
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Interacting with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback. Resolving client problems as needed.
Send daily reports to their superior and take feedback/suggestion from them.
